My Day and tasks
Each person opens the day to the tasks assigned to them, confirms each as viewed, in progress and completed, and adds their own. Every view and status change is timestamped; administrators assign work to anyone and review any backlog.
The calendar
The recurring dates a business must not miss, each with its lead time, its owner and the cost of missing it. The owner is notified when the preparation window opens, and recurring events roll forward by themselves.
Messages and broadcasts
Structured, trackable messages between colleagues, templates for the routine ones, broadcasts from an administrator to every active employee, and a bell for deadline alerts, escalations and requests.
Workflow chains
The processes a business runs by hand, mapped as chains of steps. Every step shows what must finish before it and what it unlocks, and the next person is notified the moment their prerequisite completes.
Slack chat
A two-way chat with the company Slack channel, connected by an administrator with the workspace's own bot token.
Company spend
The company bank account's available balance and its payments, read through Plaid once an administrator adds the company's own Plaid keys, charted by time frame, category, merchant or account against a budget. For administrators.
Marketing intelligence
Campaign figures pulled from Google Ads, Meta and X Ads or imported from a daily export, a return table by channel, and a market trends report the Sturdy Bolt Agent writes against web research.
AI reports and the Command Center
Weekly and monthly audits the Sturdy Bolt Agent writes from the workspace's own record, kept as a permanent history, and a Command Center where the owner reads the key figures and asks questions of the business.
People and roles
Invitations by email, three roles, access and role requests approved from the bell, the organization's own sending domain, and the plan managed from Admin.
