Sturdy Bolt· operated by Global Vibing
Terms of Service and User Agreement
Effective October 24, 2026 (version 2026-10-24.1)
These terms are the agreement between you, the organization you use Sturdy Bolt for, and Global Vibing. They are written in plain language. Every account accepts them once, at its first sign-in, and again when a new version is published.
1. Who we are
Sturdy Bolt is operated by Global Vibing, a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in Florida ("we" or "us"). You can reach us at business@globalvibing.com.
These terms apply to sturdybolt.com, the phone app served from api.sturdybolt.com, and the application programming interfaces served from those addresses (together, the "service").
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, accepting these terms on the sign-in screen, or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
The acceptance is recorded with your account: the version accepted and the time. A new version is shown at the next sign-in and must be accepted before the service can be used again.
3. What the service does
Sturdy Bolt is an operations platform for a business team: tasks and accountability, a company calendar, workflows, messages and notifications, company spend from connected accounts, marketing performance and research, and the Sturdy Bolt Agent, which writes reports and answers questions from the workspace's own data. Features may change over time; a feature that a plan included is not removed during a paid period.
4. Your account and your workspace
- Accounts belong to a workspace grouped by company email domain. The first person to create an account for a domain becomes its super admin and owns the workspace; later accounts on the same domain join it as members unless an invitation gives them a role.
- Personal email providers cannot create accounts: Sturdy Bolt is for business teams.
- You sign in with a link or a code sent to your work email. Keep them to yourself: anyone holding them can use your account.
- The super admin and the admins are responsible for who is in the workspace, their roles, and what they do there.
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address current; the service sends security and billing notices to it.
5. Plans, seats and billing
Sturdy Bolt is sold as paid plans, and a workspace may start one 14-day free trial of the plan its super admin chooses. A debit or credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, the chosen plan's price is charged to that card automatically, plus any tax the law requires us to collect, and the plan then renews automatically at the end of each period, unless the super admin cancels before the trial ends in Manage plan; cancelling during the trial means no charge. A workspace that has had a plan before starts without a trial. The plans are sized by the number of people a workspace may hold, and each is available monthly or for twelve months paid at once.
- The current prices are on the pricing page at sturdybolt.com/pricing. The amount charged at checkout is the amount shown there at that moment, in US dollars, plus any tax the law requires us to collect.
- Payments are taken by our payment processor on the super admin's card. A plan renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled.
- Seats: a workspace may hold no more active people than its plan allows. Invitations and sign-ups past that number are refused until a member is removed or a larger plan is chosen.
- The super admin can change the plan in Manage plan at any time; the difference is prorated by the payment processor.
- If we change a price, we tell the super admin by email at least thirty days before it applies to the workspace.
- The Sturdy Bolt Agent answers up to 1,000 questions per workspace in a calendar month; the count starts over on the first of the next month.
- Referral credit: when a workspace that signed up through your referral link pays its first invoice, your workspace receives a credit equal to one month of its own plan at that moment, up to what that workspace paid for its first invoice, applied to your next invoice. The credit has no cash value, is not paid out, and is withdrawn when the referred payment is refunded or the referral was made to game the program.
6. Cancelling, and no refunds
- The super admin can cancel at any time from Manage plan. The workspace stays open until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made.
- Cancelling during the free trial ends the plan when the trial ends, and no charge is made.
- There are no refunds, in full or in part, for any period, including the unused months of a plan paid for twelve months at once.
- When a plan lapses, the workspace is locked: members can sign in and see that the plan is needed, and nothing else, until a plan is active again. The workspace's data is kept as the Privacy Policy describes.
7. The Sturdy Bolt Agent
The Sturdy Bolt Agent is the artificial intelligence inside the service. It writes audit reports, market research and answers from your workspace's own data, processed by a third-party model provider under contract with us or by models on our own servers.
- Every answer carries this notice: "Generated by the Sturdy Bolt Agent, an A.I.; it can contain errors or omissions and is for reference only."
- Its output is information, not advice. Review it before acting on it; decisions about money, people, law or safety remain yours.
- Your workspace's data is sent to the model only to produce the answer you asked for, and is not used to train the models that answer other customers.
- We may change the models and providers behind the Sturdy Bolt Agent without notice, within the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to let anyone acting for you:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to obtain the source code or the inner workings of the service;
- scrape, crawl or read the service with automated tools, or reach it in any way other than a signed-in person using the screens and the documented interfaces;
- copy, reproduce or imitate the service, its screens, its text or its structure to build or offer a competing product;
- benchmark, measure or test the service in order to build, market or improve a competing product, or publish such measurements;
- resell, rent, lend or share accounts, or let people outside the workspace use it;
- get around a seat limit, the question allowance, or any other limit of a plan;
- test the security of the service, probe it for weaknesses or interfere with its operation without our written permission;
- upload or send unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or use the service to harass anyone.
We may suspend or end a workspace that breaks these rules, after notice where notice is practical.
9. Your content
- The data your workspace puts into the service (tasks, messages, documents, connected account data and everything else) belongs to your organization.
- You give us the permission needed to store, process, display and back up that data in order to run the service for you, including through the Sturdy Bolt Agent as described above.
- You can ask for an export of your workspace's data at any time by writing to the address above; we provide it in a common machine-readable format.
- After a workspace ends, its data is deleted on the schedule the Privacy Policy states.
10. Our property
The service, its software, its design, its text and the Sturdy Bolt name and marks belong to Global Vibing or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for your organization while your plan is active, and nothing more.
11. Connected services
You may connect your own accounts with other companies (a card program, a bank feed, a chat tool, advertising platforms, code repositories) so the service can read from them. Those accounts stay yours and remain under their providers' terms; we read only what the connection allows and you can disconnect them at any time.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, failures of providers and networks, and events beyond our control can interrupt it. We may change or improve the service; we do not remove a feature a plan includes during a paid period.
13. Disclaimer
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service or the Sturdy Bolt Agent's output will be error-free.
14. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Global Vibing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the service. Our total liability for all claims arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount your organization paid us for the service in those twelve months.
15. Your responsibility for misuse
You will defend and compensate Global Vibing for claims, losses and costs that arise from your organization's use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law, including the acts of the people in your workspace.
16. Ending the agreement
- You end it by cancelling the plan and letting the paid period run out; the super admin may also ask us to delete the workspace earlier.
- We may end it, or suspend the workspace, for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or when the law requires it; where practical we give notice first.
- When the agreement ends, the right to use the service ends, the amounts already paid are not refunded, and the sections about your content, our property, the disclaimer, the limits on liability, your responsibility for misuse and the governing law continue to apply.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version carries a new date and version, is shown at the next sign-in, and must be accepted before the service can be used again; for a change that reduces your rights we also email the super admin at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after accepting the new version means you agree to it.
18. Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where the law of your place of residence gives you a right to a different law or court.
